EXECUTIVE OFFICERS

Lina earned her Master's Degree in Actuarial Mathematics from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from the University of the Philippines.  She is actively involved in various civic groups in Houston area including the College of the Holy Spirit North America Foundation.  She is the Principal and Consulting Actuary of RTU & Associates, Inc.  providing actuarial and administrative services for companies' retirement plans.  She also co-owns SarahCare Adult Day Care Centers in Kingwood and the Woodlands.

Stella received her Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston in Texas.  She worked in the oil and gas industry for several years.  Following the birth of their children, she opted to work part time while also enjoying being at stay-at-home mom to their children.  She is also the owner of Dream Away Cabin, a vacation rental property in Canyon Lake, Texas.  She has been a long time member of PHP Foundation International and is passionate about helping the poor in the Philippines.

Jun received his medical degree from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines.  He currently has a private practice in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology in Lake Charles, Louisiana.  He is a Diplomate in American Board of Internal Medicine, American Board of Endocrinology/Diabetes and American Board of Family Practice.  He believes that, in life, it is not what you have or what you do not have but YOU DO with what you have that matters.  Jun currently serves as the Director of Chapter Development within People Helping People Foundation.

David is vice president of Nalco Champion's global Research, Development and Engineering (RD&E) operations for the upstream business.  He leads a team of ~250 scientists and engineers across eight global technology centers and is passionate about driving innovation and empowering teams in different industries to solve the toughest challenges faced in the oil and gas sector.  He holds a PhD in Chemistry from The University of Hull, United Kingdom.  He has numerous patents and technical papers in oilfield chemistry and application.  David currently serves on several technology boards and is also a board member for the People Helping People Foundation International for a number of years.  

 Shaun graduated Magna Cum Laude from Negros Oriental State University with a Bachelor of Science in Geothermal Engineering.  He has been working at Weatherford, a global energy technology service company based in Houston, Texas, since 2005.  He is currently the Global Director for Capital sales, serving as a global subject matter expert on the development, deployment and rig integration of advanced drilling and evaluation technology and data/software solutions in conventional/unconventional/renewable energy setting.  Shaun has been involved in poverty alleviation studies and organizations since his college years and is actively participating in initiatives involving science, technology, engineering and mathematics. 

Cielito earned a Doctorate in Public Health at the University of Texas School of Public Health in Houston, Tx.  She is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine and Associate Professor in the Department of Biostatistics at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.  She is also an Adjunct Associate Professor at The University of Texas School of Public Health.  She serves on several medical committees relating to pain management and oncologic emergency medicine and has been an active member of People Helping People International for several years.  While she is not a member of the board, she does serve as the Director of Education.
